  1. We were really excited about this product. We wanted to be able to charge all our remotes at the same time without removing the sleeves. However, when we plugged it in it NEVER worked.

The concept of this charger is great but it comes with the cheapest batteries aND HALF OF THE BATTERIES DONT WORK. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT UNLESS IF THEY REPLACE THE BATTERIES THAT THEY ARE USING. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I NEED TO FIND OUT WHERE EVEN TO GET REPLACEMENT BATTERIES FOR THIS UNIT WHICH HALF NEVER WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE THE ONE TO REPLACE THEM. I ONLY HAVE THIS UNIT ABOUT A MONTH AND ONLY 2 BATTERIES KEEP THE CHARGE

  3. I really like the idea of this charger, but the thing that concerns me is that I am unable to find anywhere that you can buy replacement, or extra batteries for it. I searched Amazon and the manufacturer’s website and they don’t appear to be available. If I were to buy this I would probably want to get the dual charger with 4 batteries, which is when I discovered you can’t buy just the batteries.

  4. A. Fischer says:

As far as 4-station Wii remote chargers for under $40 that actually come with the rechargeable batteries, this product works great, and yes, I generally still remove the remotes from the Wii Motion Plus sleeves anyway to get a better lineup between battery and charger. However, when the battery runs out it simply stops the remote from working- you don’t get a low battery warning and it doesn’t auto-pause the game like it does when you’re Duracell or Energizer disposable batteries run low. It simply just stops responding, forcing you to quickly jump up and grab a backup remote or change out the battery.VERY frustrating during timed games like new SMB Wii.

  5. After much research, I decided on this charger for our new Wii system, and am extremely happy I did. It charges effortlessly, and quickly. The batteries that come with the charger replace the existng battery covers and initially only take about 2 hours for the first charge, then last for many hours of gaming time.
